Sound Waves

Sounds Street is a rather noisy place, but a place where you will hear a lot of different things! Sounds are made when any object vibrates, and the waves of energy that surround the object are sent into our ears. Any sound travels in a wave. This scene is based on a street that students can explore to learn about sound. Students can explore the scene to learn about sound waves, and how sound can travel through solids, liquids, and gases.
