He attended elite private schools, such as Choate Rosemary Hall and later Harvard University, where he excelled academically and demonstrated his natural leadership abilities. Students can consider how JFK's upbringing influenced his presidency.

JFK's work included the establishment of the Peace Corps in 1961, advocating civil rights in the United States and space exploration. In this section, students can learn about the legislation JFK introduced, such as approving a mission to land a man on the Moon with the Apollo project.
# JFK's Assassination{.objective .objective3}
On 22nd November 1963, the nation was engulfed in anticipation and excitement as President John F. Kennedy embarked on a trip to Texas. In a shocking and tragic turn of events, JFK was struck by two bullets, one piercing his head. Chaos and confusion descended upon the scene as the wounded President was quickly rushed to Parkland Memorial Hospital. Still, despite the best efforts of the medical team, John F. Kennedy died from his injuries.
