There are three lower-case and three upper-case G letters to find.
Students can investigate the environment and find items that begin with G. Encourage them to say the name of the objects as they find them. Remind them that the letter G can make a hard or a soft sound. If the letter after the /g/ is a /i/, /e/ or /y/, then the /g/ makes a /j/ sound.
