A double set of faded century-old railroad ties can be seen close to road NF-200 south of Sprague River, Oregon. Logging railroads were quite common back in the day & this one I stumbled upon by accident while hunting for aspen colors. Rail spikes & an occasional steel rail can be found by following its path. It is hard to follow the rail path on satellite view, but I'm sure it connects to the nearby OC& rail line, now a converted bike path & and state park.
