Description

The viaduct, designed and built in 1865 of local sandstone for railway purposes, was taken over by the Mains Road Board in 1926. Located at the bottom of Knapsack Gully, at the foot of the Blue Mountains, it is about 37 metres in height, taken from the creek, which is surrounded by native bush.
