Description

Nitrogen bases can be coupled with hydrogen bonds. The bases that will be matched to each other are due to their complementarity: adenine pairing with uracil in the RNA forms two hydrogen bonds A=U. This complementary base pairing allows base pairs to adopt the most energy-stable conformation within a double helix.
