Discover life on board Henry VIII’s favourite ship, the Mary Rose, through its fascinating artefacts! Get up close to the domestic and personal items unearthed by archaeologists, and step aboard a replica carrack ship.

## Key Learning Outcomes:

1. Describe in detail the purpose and function of at least one artefact found on the Mary Rose, outline what materials it would have been made from, and discuss why
2. Make key distinctions between the HMS Victory (late 17th-18th centuries) and a replica karaka or carrack ship (circa 14th-15th centuries), which influenced the design of the Mary Rose
3. Produce a day-in-the-life entry from the perspective of a crew member aboard the Mary Rose, describing daily routines and duties aboard the ship
